Strategic Planning Survey

Clear Fork Valley Local Schools is beginning a strategic planning process to help guide the district's vision and mission for the next five years. As part of this work, the Board of Education is seeking input from key partners to ensure the plan reflects the needs, priorities, and values of our community.

Each partner group has been provided with a separate survey designed to reflect their unique role and perspective. When accessing the survey, please select the option that best aligns with your role (educator, support staff, parent/family, or community). Your feedback will play an important role in shaping a strategic plan that supports student achievement and success, strengthens educational programming, and continues to positively impact the Clear Fork Valley community.
